Knitwear,
weighed
in grams.
Twelve pieces, three fibres, five gauges. Every garment is listed with its knit density, its yarn source and the weight of the size you are buying — because a 480 g lambswool crew and a 210 g cashmere V are not the same coat.
Made in Scotland & Inner Mongolia
Twelve pieces,
no filler.
We keep the range small so each yarn can be bought in quantity and traced back to a single spinner. No seasonal churn, no colour of the month.

Fully fashioned,
then washed twice.
Panels are knitted to shape rather than cut from a tube, which is why the armhole sits flat instead of bunching under a jacket. After knitting each panel is washed, dried flat and washed again — the second wash is what stops the garment shrinking on you later.

Gauge is the number
that matters.
Gauge counts the needles per inch. The lower the number, the thicker and heavier the cloth. We print it on every product page.
Heaviest. Outerwear weights, 900 g and up. Blocks wind.
Traditional sweater weight. Holds cables and Fair Isle cleanly.
Mid-weight. Cardigans and accessories with drape.
Fine. Cashmere and base layers that fit under a jacket.
Measure a jumper you already own.
Chest, measured flat across the garment and doubled, is the only number that matters. Our sizes run true to that measurement — if you are between sizes, take the smaller one for a close fit or the larger one to layer over a shirt.

Bought twice, mostly.
“The 5-gauge crew is the first knit I have owned that does not bag at the elbow after a month.”
“I asked for the micron count before ordering and got a straight answer the same day. The V-neck is exactly 210 g as listed.”
“Ordered the gloves for my father. Seamless fingers are not marketing — you can feel the difference.”
