1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, email address, phone number, items ordered, order value and order history.
- Payment data — the payment provider returns a transaction reference and the payer email. We never receive or store your full card number or your PayPal password.
- Support data — the content of messages you send us, including any order number you quote.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and timestamps, collected in server logs for security and fraud prevention.
- Marketing data — only if you subscribe: your email address and the date of consent.
3. Why we use it
- To take, process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns and exchanges.
- To confirm payment, prevent fraud and meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To answer support requests and resolve disputes.
- To keep the site secure and available.
- To send marketing email where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every message.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (order fulfilment),
legal obligation (tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security,
service improvement), and consent (marketing email, non-essential cookies).
Where the Singapore PDPA applies, we collect and use personal data only for the purposes notified
to you and with your consent or as permitted by law.
5. Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment provider. Payment data is handled by that
provider under its own privacy terms and security standards. We receive only the information needed
to confirm that an order has been paid and to process refunds.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with parties needed to run the store: the payment processor, the
carrier delivering your parcel, our email and hosting providers, and our accountant. We do not sell
personal data. We may disclose data where legally required or to establish or defend a legal claim.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Singapore, including in the European Union and the United
States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (normally
seven years). Support messages are kept for up to two years. Marketing contact details are kept until
you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to
our processing of your personal data, and to receive a portable copy of it. You may also withdraw
consent at any time. Write to hello@lambholm.com; we may need to verify your identity
before acting. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: the cart and session cookies that WooCommerce requires, and a
security cookie set by the site. We do not run advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
Blocking essential cookies will break the cart and checkout.
11. Children
The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The version in force is always the one
published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
