1. These terms
These terms govern purchases from LAMBHOLM STUDIO PTE. LTD., 71 Robinson Road, #14-01, Singapore 068895. By placing an order you accept them,
together with our Privacy policy, Shipping & returns policy and Size guide.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or local sales tax charged at the
border. Garment measurements, fibre content and knit gauge are stated on each product page; small
variation in hand-finished knitwear (up to 3% in length or width) is normal and is not a defect.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or
cancel an order where fraud is suspected, where a price or description error is obvious, or where a
product is unavailable. Any amount already taken is refunded in full.
4. Delivery
We dispatch from Singapore within two business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and
the carrier; see Shipping & returns. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged
in transit we will replace it or refund it.
5. Returns and exchanges
Unworn garments may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with tags attached and in the original
packaging. Made-to-order pieces and items marked final sale are excluded. Return postage is paid by
the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See Shipping & returns for the process.
6. Faults and repairs
If a garment develops a fault within two years of purchase through no fault of your own, we will
repair it, replace it or refund it. Moth damage, accidental tears and normal pilling are not faults,
but we repair them at cost.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, photography, knit designs and brand assets belong to LAMBHOLM STUDIO PTE. LTD.. They may not be copied
for commercial use.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to
the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive
jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
